Canteens and cafeterias are one of the most contact points of students at the university. Employees in canteens and cafeterias have been trained to properly adapt to the Zero Waste practice applied in the campus due to the excessive consumption in these areas and the amount of waste generated accordingly.
During the implementation of the Zero Waste project, the employees of the canteen and cafeteria have a responsibility as well as the students. For this reason, regular checks and training are carried out by the employees of the Waste Management Coordinator, part-time students and volunteer students in the canteen, cafeteria and teahouse.
