2. There are not enough classes, which are modernly equipped.
3. The number of the staff who does not know foreign language is small.
4. Opportunities to do practice in the vocational field are limited.
5. The contribution of the sponsorship to the program is weak.
6. The structuring of the department at the level the European Standards is not completed.

8. The deficiency in motivation of the instructors.

1. The academic level of the students who come from secondary school is very low.

3. The rate of graduates’ getting a job in the public sector is decreasing.

5. The coordination among colleges is weak.
6. Being academician loses its attraction.
7. The difficulties in renewing the lab equipments due to the fact that the technological developments are fast.
8. The small number of vertical transfer quota influences negatively motivation of students.
9. New programs are opened in the universities and the number of their quotas is increasing.
