Goals of the program

1. To train technicians with the knowledge and skills required by their profession and field
2. To train technicians who know the building materials, their properties, can perform tests on building materials using tools, equipment, technical knowledge and skills, prepare relevant reports and evaluate their results
3. To train technicians who have theoretical knowledge at a level that can organize offices and construction sites, prepare work plans and apply the Public Procurement Law in force
4. To train technicians who can use package programs developed in architecture and reinforced concrete that they will use in their professional life
5. To train technicians who can calculate approximate costs by performing the survey, quantity survey and entitlement transactions related to the structure through a computer program and manually
6. To train technicians who have responsibility and work ethics, who will prevent the waste of resources of the country and produce projects and structures that comply with its standards
