Course Objective
Informing students about ruminant protein metabolism, ruminal nitrogen dynamics, ruminant microorganisms and nutrients, protein use in ruminants, old and new protein assessment systems, and information necessary to optimally meet the needs of the protein which is expensive feed ingredient, at the same time preventing environmental pollution, and to ensure that graduate students are sufficient in this respect
