PÇ1	Defines the fundamental concepts of physiotherapy and rehabilitation and other health-related concepts, determines appropriate tools by analyzing data, develops intervention plan, and controls and regulates implementations.

PÇ2	Organizes physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in accordance with the current technological developments, manages the workflows and develops solutions.

PÇ3	Recognizes ethical, deontological rules and legislation in line with general and medical interventions; acts in accordance with these principles in data collection, recording and reporting processes in physiotherapy evaluation and interventions.

PÇ4	Defines the authority, responsibilities, and patient rights of physiotherapists in accordance with the regulations of social security institutions; contributes to the enhancement of workplace safety and the protection of both service recipients and employees in physiotherapy processes.

PÇ5	Plans and conducts scientific research on physiotherapy and rehabilitation within the framework of ethical rules, analyzes and presents from a critical perspective, and develops a research proposal.

PÇ6	Defines entrepreneurship and management principlesin healthcare in compliance with regulations; leads in accordance with quality standards in the management of institutions providing physiotherapy services.

PÇ7	Applies individual-centered physiotherapy intervention to daily life and systematically.

PÇ8	Engages in initiatives aimed at protecting public health, beyond addressing disease conditions, for the benefit of service recipients

PÇ9	Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining the identity and professional autonomy of physiotherapists while taking responsibility.
