The academic staff of the Biosystems Engineering Department of our Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies paid a visit to Konya TÜMOSAN Tractor, one of the leading companies in the sector, on April 10, 2025.

During the visit, current developments in agricultural machinery technology and innovative applications in the sector were examined on site. In addition, in order to strengthen the applied aspect of our education and training activities, mutual views were exchanged on internship opportunities, joint project development opportunities and sectoral cooperation opportunities.

During the contacts made with TÜMOSAN officials, a preliminary agreement was reached especially on student internship programs and increasing employment opportunities for our graduates. This visit will both contribute to the stronger preparation of our students for the sector and pave the way for new projects in the context of university-industry cooperation.

As the Department of Biosystems Engineering, we continue to strengthen our relations with the sector and provide our students with a broader vision in both academic and applied areas with determination.
