regulating and restricting freedom of communication and their provisions, the press regime, cencorship, redio and television regime, restrictions on radio and television, right of reply and rectification, The Law on the Establishment and Broadcasting of Radio and Television, TRT law, European Convention on Transfrontier Television. On the other hand issues such as concept of social responsibility, levels of social responsibility, concept of ethics, ethical approaches, types of ethical, communication activities and media ethics are also discussed.
