STAR, Social Humanities and Basic Sciences Accreditation and Rating Association: Encouraging the development and continuous improvement of social, humanities and basic sciences undergraduate programs in the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, ensuring the quality of education and training, Business Administration, International Trade, Management Informatics. It was established on January 13, 2020 to carry out the evaluation and accreditation activities of Systems, Economics, Finance, Banking, Labor Economics, Public Administration, Political Science and International Relations Undergraduate Programs. CEENQA
As of June 2023, STAR has been accepted as a full member by CEENQA (Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education), an agency of the Central and Eastern European Association of Higher Education Quality Agencies based in Germany.
IKCA
A bilateral cooperation agreement was signed between STAR and IKCA (The Independent Kazakhstan Center of Accreditation) as of May 2023. IKCA is an ENQA member.
NCPA
A bilateral cooperation agreement was signed between STAR and NCPA (the National Center for Public Accreditation, Russia) as of July 2023. NCPA is an ENQA member.
HEA
A bilateral cooperation agreement was signed between STAR and HEA (Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina) as of August 2023. HEA is an ENQA member.
