The undergraduate program of Measurement and Evaluation in Education was opened in 1983 and this undergraduate program was closed in 1997 with the restructuring process in Education Faculties. After this date, the department was positioned in the Department of Educational Sciences. The Department of Measurement and Evaluation in Education, which is under the Department of Educational Sciences of Niğde Omer Halisdemir University, Faculty of Education, is one of the six departments in the Department of Educational Sciences and continues to contribute to the vocational courses of students in other departments of education faculties.
