SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths
 The fact that students prefer the Guidance and Psychological Counseling undergraduate program (the quota is 100% filled every year),
 Graduates can find jobs,
 Sending students to various European countries (such as Poland, Spain, Slovenia) every year through Erasmus,
 Opportunity for graduate students who have completed their undergraduate education,
 Diversity of academic staff's areas of expertise (career counseling, school counseling, family, marriage and couple counseling),
 Instructors have training in systemic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodrama, acceptance and determination therapy,
 Teaching staff to have experience abroad,
 The faculty members have a large number of publications in international (SSCI) peer-reviewed journals.
 Existence of an Optional Foreign Language Preparatory Program to be carried out at the School of Foreign Languages.
Weaknesses
 Lack of a doctoral program,
 No students coming from abroad to the undergraduate program through Erasmus,
 Inadequate psychological counseling rooms required for practice courses,
 Inability to organize events such as symposiums and congresses at the domestic and international level,
 Insufficient number of projects,
 Insufficient number of faculty members.
Opportunities
 Having the capacity to open a doctoral program,
 Instructors and students have the capacity to cooperate with universities abroad
Threats
 Very high student quota (70 or 80 per year)
