The fact that Niğde people and the local government did not show any interest towards the university,

The income level of the local people is low,

The transfer of staff due to the establishment of new universities and the inability to find enough staff to compensate it,

Inadequate income opportunities to ensure that the economic situation of faculty members can not be corrected and that they can do academic work

The lack of social facilities to improve communication between academic staff and their families.
