Program Outcomes of the Department
  1. Having theoretical knowledge about health care management field and ability to apply theoretical knowledge in health management
  2. It is necessary to comprehend and conduct the functioning of the health system; have knowledge of business, economics, accounting, law, finance and finance
  3. Having the knowledge and skills to understand, analyze and guide the administrative, financial, legal, technical and medical functioning of health institutions.
  4. Having the knowledge about the departments in the organization of the health system and the duties, powers and responsibilities of the employees in these departments.
  5. Having the knowledge about national and international health policies, structure and properties of health systems
  6. Having the knowledge and skills to use and manage information systems in health management
  7. Having the knowledge and ability to make statistical, quantitative and economic analysis
  8. Critical and innovative thinking in the problems arising in the health management process; having the ability to use scientific methods and techniques in decision making and problem solving
  9. Having the ability to follow the changes in the field of health management and to produce solutions specific to the country's health system.
  10. Having skills to use the language information in written and verbal communication, in a correct and in accordance with the rules and the terminology used in health institutions and having the knowledge of foreign language.

  12. Having the sufficient knowledge and application skills in financial institutions, financial management, cost accounting, quality management and occupational safety.
  13. Being aware of the legal, social and ethical responsibilities of the health management field, acting in accordance with the legal regulations and ethical principles
  14. Having the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to represent the managerial position he/she is in, to be able to lead his followers and to provide motivation for his followers
