Strengths

1. Have dynamic, powerful and young academic staff
2. Have appropriate physical infrastructure and technical equipment.
3. Have an effective student-personnel dialog.
4. Department location is in the city center.
5. Have a quite peaceful work and study environment.
6. Have sufficient academic staff.
7. Two of our academic staffs experienced in private sector and they already know the applications about the program.
8. Have fully equipped computer labs with computers, projection and unlimited internet connection.
9. Be able to do team works.
10. Prediction of finding jobs easily due to the fact that the department is just established in Turkey.
     Chance to enroll in undergraduate programs.

Weaknesses

1. Insufficient social opportunities.
2. Limited internship chances.
3. Lack of presentation.
4. Not having a department library.
5. Unfinished standardization based on EU norms.

Threats

1. No questions are asked in the field of Social Security in KPSS and vertical graduation exams.
2. Students directly enrolled from vocational high schools have lower educational quality.
3. Problems during internship controls.

Opportunities

1. There are not any conflicts in the department.
2. There are good and respectful relationships with other departments.
3. Easy adaptation to new technologies.
4. Experienced staff from public and private sectors.
5. Increase in population causes increase in work places and consequently job opportunities locally.
6. Chance to have more development in the university.
7. The executives of university and vocational school give support to all improvements.
8. The design of the syllabus is planned based on current events.
9. The program is the very first one in Turkey therefore there aren’t any graduates of this program. For this reason there is a powerful expectation that there is a huge chance     and priority for occupation for our graduates.
