Strenghts
1. Lecturers have sectoral experience and they have taken charge in projects
2. There is an application workshop and a sufficient machinery park
3. Graduates have possibility of finding a job
4. The furniture sector in our country is growing up fast
5. Physical facilities of our school is sufficient

Weaknesses
1. Because of student transfering system without examination academical level of students is low
2. The number of students is lower
3. The program is not considered as an industrial branch but handcraft
4. There aren’t any activities like designing club etc.
5. Students have a difficulty of access to the occupational publications
6. Activities like project management etc. is insufficient
7. Update designing and manufacture programs can not be provided

Opportunities
1. Attempts of establishing close relations with the market
2. Being sufficient facility of application
3. Having a CAD (Computer Aided Design) laboratuary

Threats
1. Alike programs are being opened in close cities
2. Students have low academical level
3. Students’ coming without an examination
