Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with a fundamental understanding of the basic principles of chemistry and to help them relate these principles to everyday life, scientific research, and other natural sciences. The course covers essential topics such as measurement and units, atomic structure, the periodic table, chemical bonding, nomenclature of compounds, the mole concept, stoichiometry, gases, solutions, and intermolecular interactions. Students will develop quantitative analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and a scientific way of thinking through theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
