Course Objective
The course aims to teach structure of chromosomes, and the principals of inheritance in cytogenetic.
Brief Content of the Course
The course covers the basic principles of cell culture and cytogenetic including description of chromosomes, techniques of chromosomes staining and band pattern, and applications of preparation techniques in vivo and in vitro.
