Course Objective
The aim of this lecture is to have knowledge about production, development and selection of transgenic plants which is an important issue in biotechnology, and also to define the prombelms and discuss them
Brief Content of the Course
Plant transformation methods (Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, direct DNA transfer, particle bombardment, direct gene transfer methods are alternatives), the choice of transformation will be used to increase the transformation efficiency strategies, herbicide tolerance, insect and virus-resistant transgenic plants, risks and concerns
