Course Objective
The teacher candidates' knowledge and skills to be in Guidance and Counseling, and the need to understand the importance of guidance, as required to implement the activities of vocational guidance in his life, and thus closely following the development characteristics of students, is to help maintain their healthy and successful life.
Brief Content of the Course
Purpose of student personal services and their role in education, introducation to service areas; the general principles of counselling; identifying and orienting the students; gathering and sharing information, psychological counselling; placing; follow-up; advising, research and evaluation; relation with the environment; vocational orientation; pupose of special education and identification of the students in need of special education.
