Course Objective
To give information about the machinery and technology using in food industry
Brief Content of the Course
Type and characteristics of the materials used in making food machines, the basic principles of equipment used in transport, production, storage and multi-purpose, their constraction features, purpose of their usage, production and packaging machinery, machines used in heating, cooling, freezing and air conditioning. Food industry waste utilization and sustainable technologies in food production and the machinery and equipment used in the processes are explained.
