Course Objective
In Turkey, due to the mortgage law enacted in recent years, the real estate sector is expected to gain a bit more importance. Therefore, the purpose of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge about real estate valuation in the increasingly important real estate sector.
Brief Content of the Course
To introduce the subject of Real Estate Valuation, Professional Legislation and Ethical Rules related to the subject, Real Estate Valuation Principles, Housing finance, housing finance systems, and the applications of the housing finance system in Turkey.
