ÖÇ1S/he defines the concept of constitutional law and relates it other law disciplines.
ÖÇ2S/he differentiates different definitions of constitution, classifies constitutions according to different criteria, and evaluates a given constitution according to these classifications.
ÖÇ3S/he explains constitutional rewival and different models of constitutional rewival.
ÖÇ4S/he defines the concept of state on the basis of its elements, and explains those elements
ÖÇ5S/he explains the theories related to the origins of state.
ÖÇ6S/he explains what is elemantary and secondary constituent power, and differentiates them.
ÖÇ7S/he analyses the relationship and differences of monarchy and republic, and democracy and republic.

ÖÇ9S/he diferentiates the principles of seperation of power and of union of power , and explains the government systems on that ground.
