Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
ÖÇ11 Students recognise, understand and interpret the types of offences regulated in the Turkish Penal Code. 2 Students identify the legal problems in practice related to the types of offences regulated in the Turkish Criminal Code and produce alternative solutions to them. 3 Students analyse the legislation, jurisprudence and doctrinal views on the types of crimes regulated in the Turkish Criminal Code, make comparisons and inferences.
