Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with information on the concepts of marriage, divorce, guardianship, guardianship, rights and driver's license for real and legal persons, property and inheritance law. The aim of the course is to provide information about the process and principles of exercising the rights of persons and assets within the scope of civil law, from birth to death and even after death.

Introduction to law and society order, rules of social behavior, general explanations about civil law, initial provisions, Law of persons, real persons, place of law in legal arrangement, legal persons, general information, family law, concept of family law, law of guardianship, guardianship and guardianship differences, inheritance law, property law.
