Course Objective
To examine in detail employee behaviors that are closely related to organizational management. To examine what needs to be done to prevent negative behavior of employees on an individual and group level and to support positive behavior. To mention the incentive and punishment methods to be used by the management in this regard.

Raising awareness about organizational behavior by explaining the concept of organizational behavior and its constructive and destructive effects on organizational activities.
