1To understand the concept of international judiciary, the scope of judicial authority, and the conditions under which states may be subject to international legal proceedings.
2To explain the structure, functions, and decision-making processes of key international judicial bodies such as the ICJ, ICC, and ECtHR.
3To analyze the impact of international court decisions on international relations and assess the enforceability of such rulings.
4To examine interdisciplinary topics such as universal jurisdiction, sovereign immunity, and human rights adjudication.
5To interpret Turkey’s approach to international judicial bodies and evaluate the relationship between judicial decisions and foreign policy.
