Course Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce contemporary career planning methods that are aligned with real-life problems in the rapidly changing economic, social, cultural, ethical, and legal conditions of the business world, and to enable students to acquire the ability to adapt career planning to their own lives.

Definition of career, Career Planning and Management, Career Planning and Career Development models, Methods for preparing a résumé, cover letter, and thank-you letter, The importance of job placement and organizational career planning for both individuals and organizations. Includes themes related to social sustainability and focuses on the development of practical skills.
