Course Objective
To explain the details of Turkish Family Law; to teach the legal rights and responsibilities of family members, the principle of the best interests of the child and the ways of protection from child abuse.
Brief Content of the Course
The basic concepts and institutions of family law such as engagement, marriage, general provisions of marriage, dissolution of marriage, property regimes, lineage bond, adoption, alimony, custody, guardianship, trusteeship and legal counseling are explained with the support of practical studies.
