Course Objective
To provide general knowledge about the basic concepts and sources of Civil Law, the initial provisions of our civil law, personal law and family law.
Brief Content of the Course
Civil law introductory provisions, personal law (personal rights, personality types, kinship), family law (engagement, marriage, divorce), adoption and the rules of social order necessary for a sustainable social order.
