Course Objective
To provide information about the scope and subjects of folklore and o introduce students to the cultural elements of the society of which they are a member
Brief Content of the Course
Definition of folklore, to introduce the branches of science that this branch of science is related to, give information about transitional periods of life (birth, marriage, death), social sanctions, holidays, ceremonies, celebrations, folk medicine and folk veterinary medicine.
