Course Objective
This course aims by discovering unlimited materials to provide the ability to design and apply them as aesthetic products with high creative value, applicable with original ideas. Students will gain knowledge on how to incorporate design responsibility attitudes and values into their practice, including sustainable sourcing, upcycling and zero waste, and the potential environmental impacts of materials and social and ethical ideals.
Brief Content of the Course
Evaluating the art and designs made in this field to establish relationships in order to form ideas about experimental clothing design, creating and defining problems, finding effective and untested ideas for solutions, developing strategies regarding sustainability and upcycling in the use of different materials in the design and production process, to eveluate the design to be implemented from unlimited materials and materials on the basis of project or collection, producing the design in accordance with the workflow and project.
