Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
ÖÇ1Students will understand the fundamental concepts of fleet management, fleet types (land, air, sea), and the role of fleet management in logistics and supply chains.
ÖÇ2Students will learn processes such as determining fleet size, vehicle allocation, routing, and loading planning, and will be able to use the necessary tools and methods to optimize fleet operations.
ÖÇ3Students will understand the maintenance planning, fault management, and performance monitoring processes of vehicles in the fleet and be able to effectively manage these processes.
ÖÇ4Students will be able to analyze the costs incurred in fleet management (fuel, maintenance, insurance, personnel expenses, etc.) and develop strategies to minimize these costs.
ÖÇ5Students will learn strategies to reduce environmental impacts in fleet management (electric vehicles, fuel efficiency, emission control, etc.) and evaluate sustainable fleet management practices.
