Course Objective
To help students recognize the basic concepts of Infectious Diseases. To teach them about infectious diseases and ways to protect themselves from these diseases
Brief Content of the Course
The epidemiology of infectious diseases, general symptoms and signs of infectious diseases, measles, rubella, scarlet fever, diphtheria, whooping cough, chickenpox, mumps, meningitis, typhoid, paratyphoid, botilismus, salmonella, amoebic-bacillary dysentery, cholera, brucellosis, poliomyelitis, plague, malaria, anthrax, rabies, tetanus, leprosy, Sfilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis and AIDS
