Research Permits and Applications for The Researches at School and Institutions
The researcher applies to the Institute Student Affairs Office after completing the Research Permit petition, after it is deemed appropriate to be checked and delivered by the supervisor in terms of form and content, and with the signatures completed.
- Thesis / Term Project Suggestion Form (The form in which the subject of the current thesis / term project is written) is added to the Research Permit.
The preliminary application of the permits to be obtained from the Ministry of National Education and affiliated institutions will be made on ayse.meb.gov.tr and the pre-application document will be attached to the Research Permit Petition.
- For permits to be obtained from the Ministry of National Education and affiliated institutions, Research Permit Application Contract (see Circular 2020/02) will be added.
-If the researcher will use the data tools developed by other people or institutions, he / she adds the permit to be obtained from these people or institutions to the application.
-The researcher specifies the province, district, school and institution names of the research population and the number of samples according to the education levels.
-The data collection tools permit approval application of the research to be carried out in schools and institutions is made at least 45 days before the application date.
-The researcher guarantees to give the result report of the research to the relevant department on CD, on which the authorization is obtained, within 30 days from the completion of the study.
NOTE: The responsibility arising from the use of the survey belongs to the researcher.
