Sub-Association of Seed Industrialists and Producers (TSÜAB) provides scholarships to Master and Doctorate students within the scope of Seed School activities.
The Turkish Seed Industry, which has shown rapid growth and development in recent years, needs qualified Agricultural Engineers with sufficient technical knowledge and professional formation.
Scholarship; It will be given free of charge to students who meet the conditions specified in the directive during their education and are approved by the Board of Directors, in order to support master and doctoral programs in the subjects needed in the seed industry.
TSÜAB MASTER AND/OR PhD SCHOLARSHIP MATERIAL SUBJECTS (2023)
• Seed-specific R&D activities, especially the breeding of varieties resistant to drought and harmful organisms,
• Applications of seed health and diagnosis of seed-borne diseases,
• Seed technologies,
• The use of molecular techniques in seed breeding and new breeding methods
• Analysis of the competitiveness structure of the sector
• The general structure, production, and marketing strategies of the seed sector in Turkey,
• Artificial intelligence-supported applications, data collection with the use of information technologies, etc. in the scope of agriculture 4.0 in the field of seed production. studies on the subject.
TSÜAB MASTER AND/OR DOCTORAL SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNTS (2023)
The total amount of postgraduate scholarship determined by the Board of Directors in February 2023 is 15,000,00 TL, and the total amount of doctoral scholarship is 40,000,00 TL.
