Our students Sinem Akalın and Sinem Gökal, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emre Yavuzer and Dr. Hamza Alaşalvar, received the first-place award with their project titled "Production of Soft Candy Enriched with Fish Gelatin-Based Hibiscus Extracts" at the 3rd R&D and Project Market Days event hosted by our University.
