Welcome to Nigde Omer Halisdemir University.

If you are an academic staff who is chosen as a candidate for Staff Teaching Mobility please follow the steps mentioned below;

1. You need to write an email to the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator about your Staff Teaching Mobility request. In accordance with the rules mentioned on Erasmus Guide book you will be directed by the Coordinator what to do after your application.
2. You need to prepare and send us your Staff Teaching Mobility Agreement Form via email first. This will be negotiated with the departmental coordinator and the signature process will be started if your demand of teaching is approved by the departmental coordinator. The convenient dates may be negotiated with the departmental coordinator.
3. You will receive the Acceptance letter via email after your confirmation of teaching mobility.
4. Your accommodation place can be reserved by us if it is requested at our university guest houses.
5.  While coming to our University, please do not forget to bring two copies of your Staff Teaching Agreement signed by your home institution coordinator. We will sign them ( the originals) here so please keep the receiving institution signature part in space.
6. If you like you can get the original document of acceptance letter while you are here together with the signed documents.
7. Please keep in mind that according to the rules of Erasmus + Staff Teaching Mobility you need to give 8 hour-course while you are here, so please fill in the forms in an appropriate way.
8. The Teaching plan will be given or sent to you via email before your mobility programme.
9. The orientation programme and sightseeing programme will be arranged for you if you like. Please see our region while you are here, it is really worth seeing.
10. Before your departure please do not forget to take the necessary documents ;

12. The signed original documents (Staff Teaching Mobility Agreement- one copy is for us –one copy is your home institution).
13. You will receive an information package before you start your mobility programme. This package will include how to travel to Nigde and accommodation details.
