Program Outcomes of The Program

1. The ability to have a sense of professional ethics and responsibility is expected.
2. The ability to develop himself/herself and all employees by following the developments in science, technology and contemporary issues.
3. Ability to work in a team with all services and departments of other organisations.
4. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with the ability to work individually and to make independent judgements.
5. The ability to analyse and design an existing problem process in line with a defined goal is expected.
6. The ability to act independently, use initiative and creativity is expected.
7. The ability to follow national and international contemporary issues and in order to gain this ability, it is expected to increase foreign language knowledge and computer usage skills.

Understanding the basic concepts of social security, the basic functions of social security, the historical development of social security, its relations with other disciplines, the aims of social security, the ability to interpret today's public legislation on social security, the ability to calculate risk is expected
