Our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Murat Barut, and Vice Dean, Prof. Dr. Metin Hakan Severcan, attended the 41st Engineering Deans Council (EDC) Meeting hosted by Firat University on April 26-27, 2024.

Prof. Dr. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu, the Rector of TED University, presented "Are We Ready for Change in Engineering Education from Past to Present for a Sustainable Future?" MÜDEK (Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Engineering Programs) General Secretary, Serhan Başer, gave a speech about "Innovations at MÜDEK", Prof. Dr. Günay Anlaş, Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University (Former General Secretary of EDC), talked about "Student Selection in Engineering Departments", and K. Kazım Sarı presented "Industry 4.0 and Beyond… The Future of Engineering Education". Additionally, an Open Session titled "Problems, Best Practices, Views, and Suggestions in Engineering Faculties" was held during the meeting.
