An SCI-E indexed journal publication has been made within the scope of the project titled "The Effect of Black Carrot Powder Obtained by Different Drying Methods from Waste Şalgam Juice on Noodle Production" by Tuğba Özer, a student of our Faculty's Food Engineering Department. The project was supported under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Student Projects Program during the 2nd Call of 2022 and supervised by Research Assistant Dr. Mehmet Yetişen, a faculty member of the Food Engineering Department.
