Acting with the awareness that lifelong learning is a fundamental need for sustainability, our University aims to help individuals develop their personal, social, and professional knowledge, skills, and competencies; • To implement and support lifelong learning services and activities for staff, students, alumni, and employees of public, private, and non-governmental institutions/organizations.
• To implement practices based on the principle of equality in education, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, immigration, or gender.
• To organize programs in accordance with the university's policy of "creating an educational environment that supports personal and social development."
• To plan and organize events such as educational programs, conferences, and seminars that allow each individual to equally benefit from lifelong learning opportunities.
• To prevent discrimination in all NÜSEM services and activities, based on the principle that education is a fundamental human right.
• To provide services without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national affiliation, class, religion, language, political views, gender, sexual orientation, age, health status, and similar conditions.
• To provide training and courses for the public and communities.
• To make the university's lifelong learning resources accessible to the public.
