Stakeholder Identification Policy
In accordance with the Strategic Planning Guide for Universities, internal and external stakeholders of the university have been identified through the stages outlined in the Stakeholder Analysis section of the guide. Based on this guide, individuals, groups, or institutions outside the university—such as alumni, public authorities, non-governmental organizations, and private sector organizations—that benefit from or are affected by the university’s products and services, or that have an impact on the university, are recognized as external stakeholders.
Article 15 of the Quality Assurance Directive of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Universityity regulates the formation and function of the Advisory Board composed of external stakeholders. Additionally, Article 16 of this directive defines the stakeholders, while Article 17 governs relations with stakeholders.
Furthermore, the university’s quality assurance processes demonstrate the role and impact of external stakeholders (the Advisory Board) within continuous improvement cycles.
