As the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, we provided training on the introduction, areas of use and method of use of the Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) device available in our faculty laboratories. The training was carried out with the participation of academic staff and students of our faculty as well as academic staff and students from the Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering departments of our university.
