The “Dean-Student Meeting” program was held in our faculty conference hall on 04.12.2024.

The program, which was held with the participation of our faculty dean Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞEKEROĞLU, vice dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeynep ÜNAL, faculty secretary Harun ÇOBO and our faculty academicians and students, started with information about the activities our dean's office has done and will do. Stating that the programs organized in cooperation with student clubs and our faculty will increase even more, our dean's office also emphasized the importance of participating in these events.

Our dean also thanked our students and academicians for their participation in TUBITAK and stated that while 7 TUBITAK 2209 program applications were made last year, he was happy that the number increased to 54 this year and that all necessary support will be provided for an exponential increase in the future.

Our vice dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeynep ÜNAL stated that following our faculty's social media accounts and internet address is important to access up-to-date information about our faculty.

After her speech, our dean's office responded to students' questions, requests and suggestions and announced that student requests will be fulfilled in the fastest and most appropriate way. It was reported that if our students have any questions, requests and suggestions, they can apply through student clubs or directly to department administrations and our dean's office, or they can submit them through the Request Management System (İYS) and forms to be created by our faculty to evaluate student requests.

After our dean's office stated that the meetings with our students will be held again in the future, the program was concluded by thanking our students for their participation.
