TÜBİTAK Support for Another Project of Our Faculty
The project titled "Determination of Quality Levels of Fish Oils Obtained from Trout Wastes with Machine Learning and Electronic Nose", which is led by Assoc. Prof. Emre Yavuzer from the Department of Food Engineering of our faculty, Dilek Yaprak Uslu, Lecturer from the Department of Cookery at the Vocational School of Social Sciences, as a researcher and Mehmet Yetişen, Scholar, was entitled to receive support within the scope of TUBİTAK ARDEB 1002-A. With the related project, it is aimed to produce functional fish oil from waste fish heads, which occur intensively in the trout processing process in our region and in our country, and to determine the quality parameters.
