Collaboration between Butana University and our Faculty

Within the scope of the collaboration between Sudan Butana University and Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, various joint studies, primarily student and staff exchanges, were planned. Due to the fact that our faculty has hosted many international students and academicians and the potential to work directly with Sudan Butana University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, a meeting was held between our faculty and the Sudan University delegation.

In the meeting, our dean Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞEKEROĞLU, who explained the technical and physical infrastructure of our faculty, stated that they would be happy to work with Sudan Butana University due to our faculty's competent academic staff in national and international fields and the presence of international students.

Noting that there were Sudanese students in our faculty in the past and currently, our dean stated that our faculty will determine the common study areas and carry out all necessary procedures to start the studies.

Rector of Sudan Butana University Prof. Dr. Muhammed YAKUB and Deans began their speech by thanking the Republic of Turkey and Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University and our Faculty for their interest and concern. The delegation stated that they were very happy with the feedback they received from students who had previously visited our university and that they would happily carry out all necessary procedures for the work to be done.

After the meeting, a tour of the laboratory and application areas of our faculty was organized for the academicians and students of Sudan Butana University, and the work carried out and infrastructure opportunities were introduced.
