Facilities For Special Need Students

According to the Turkish Disability Act, "The right of education of disabled people cannot be prevented for any reason. They must be provided with equal education with other people and in inclusive environments by taking the special conditions and differences into consideration".

Nigde Omer Halisdemir University takes into consideration the physical or behavioral restrictions of disabled students and continues working to increase awareness about the disability. To improve the independence and awareness of these students by removing the constraints before the academic success and education Nigde Omer Halisdemir University supports the disabled students and provides an environment full of resources.

In order to meet the needs of the disabled students from the day they started to be educated in our university, we offer proposals and make the necessary arrangements by identifying the necessary precautions. The number of disabed students and facilities provided to them in faculties and schools are presented In the following tables.
