Medical Facilities

There are variety of hospitals and private clinics in the city center. To benefit from these health services, all foreign exchange students and visitors are strongly advised to have a valid International Health Insurance before coming to Turkey. They can also obtain health insurance for a certain period of time from many insurance agencies as well as Directorate of Health in Turkey after entering the country. A comprehensive insurance costs about 30€ to 70€ a month. There is also a health clinic at our Medicine Faculty and the students and staff can go there to find solutions for their health problems.
