Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey, Institute of Science, Interdisciplinary Digital Agriculture Department, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, jointly prepared the “Object Oriented Programming – Python Development and Adaptation Training” training program, was held in our faculty conference hall on February 28, 2025 at 09:00.

In the opening speeches of the program, our dean Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞEKEROĞLU stated that our faculty continues to carry out trainings with participation from students and the sector by adding a new one to its regional, national and international development-oriented studies, and that similar programs will continue in the future as in the past.

Our university Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ersin AYDIN ??started his speech by talking about the importance our university attaches to the field of agriculture and the studies our faculty has carried out in this field, especially in recent years. After touching on the importance of learning software today, he made evaluations on why the Python programming language stands out. He concluded his speech by stating that our university, which is a pioneer in agriculture regionally, nationally and internationally, is supporting the work it has done in this field with the opening of the Digital Agriculture Master's degree, and thanked everyone who participated and contributed to the organization of the program.
