The event was held in the form of discussions on the problems experienced by our students in the preparatory class in the process of learning English, discussions on suggestions that will facilitate participation in faculty activities, information about the survey study organized for students, mutual exchange of ideas and receiving the opinions/suggestions of the students.

At the end of the meeting, it was stated that the results of the survey conducted with the students will be collected and evaluated and the feedback obtained will be used to facilitate their adaptation to the educational processes to be given in the departments in the upcoming education periods. In addition, a consensus was reached to organize additional resources and activities that will support the students' English learning processes.
