Course Objective
Students should be able to understand the fundamental principles of autonomous systems used in unmanned vehicles and develop decision-making mechanisms based on sensor data.
Brief Content of the Course
Structure of autonomous systems, perception–decision–action loop, sensor fusion, control algorithms, path planning, obstacle detection, machine learning-based decision-making, levels of autonomy, safety, and ethics.
